Type: iOS Application

Description: Memory Eye is a mobile app that uses computer vision to help users with Alzheimer's remember their prized belongings, and more importantly, their loved ones. Memory Eye allows users to write their own stories by documenting their best memories, and uses the camera as a tool to relive them.

Role: Worked on the computer vision backend with Microsoft Azure Custom Vision.

Created and demoed at HackMIT 2019.

Type: Web Application

Description: Play any card game with a standard 54-card deck remotely by transmitting interactions between all participating players in real time; players can create a room or join an existing room with a central card deck. Has a deal function, reset game function, and built-in chat to facilitate easy interaction between users.

Role: Designed and programmed the UI/UX; created the landing page and chat function; hosted the backend server on Google Cloud Platform.

Type: Computational Simulations and Literature Review

Description: Modeled crowdsourcing situations as all-pay auctions and reviewed past work on approximately optimal mechanisms where bidders' utility functions are convex; ran experiments under a behavioral game theory model and analyzed how well these mechanisms perform in simulations; concluded that the prize pool and participant effort is directly correlated under a linear relationship and that the effort exerted by a bidder with respect to the number of people receiving prizes exhibits an initial increase, followed by a decrease once too many bidders began to receive prizes.

Conducted for MIT course 6.853 Topics in Algorithmic Game Theory, Spring 2019.

Type: Security Analysis

Description: Analyzed the security of the TrueScore taekwondo sparring system with respect to its confidentiality, integrity, and availability; showed that the TrueScore system has several potential vulnerabilities in its e-sock magnets, the dongle-computer USB datastream, the memory used by the TrueScore software, and the RF communication between the hogus and controllers; described avenues for future work such as spoofing the USB dongle and conducting RF replay attacks.

Role: Logistics and project manager, e-sock magnet tampering, dongle-computer USB datastream decryption, memory editing.

Description: A simple flashcard application that allows users to create custom flashcards with multiple choice selection; created flashcards are saved and can be edited or deleted. Animations and further styling are implemented.

Created for CodePath Mobile App Development Course, Fall 2018.

Description: Sets alarms for users based on their earliest calendar event, morning routine length, and commute time calculated by Google Maps API.

Role: Programmed the retrieval of calendar and location data with Calendar Provider API and LocationManager API, and merged the different components of the application together.

Type: Chrome Extension

Description: Codeforces Companion (Coco) suggests programming problems near your skill level based on similarly categorized problems that you have solved in the past. Coco applies a mathematical model that we developed using binary search to determine problem difficulties and user skill based on real-life submission data gathered using the Codeforces API.

Role: Designed and programmed the UI/UX and implemented the AJAX requests that retrieve data from the backend server.

Type: PC Game

Description: Jewelists is a 2-player PC game, where the goal is to gain the most points by controlling the center of the game board the longest. Games last 5 minutes.

Watch out for monsters and projectiles! They deal damage, and when a player's health bar reaches 0, they die and respawn after an increasing amount of time. Also, kill monsters and gain jewels to build traps and walls to protect yourself and the center ground!

Default controls documented in GitHub README; customization available in settings.

Role: Manifested the skeleton of the game and implemented all components using object-oriented programming.

Type: Endless Runner Game

Description: RecyclingRichard is a simple endless runner/platformer that helps people learn to distinguish between recyclable and non-recyclable items. Press the up arrow to jump over trash and earn points by collecting recyclable items! Points are deducted if you run into trash.

Type: Chrome Extension

Description: "Lagom" (pronounced law-gum) is the Swedish word for "just the right amount". We hope this application provides you with a way to implement this "not too little, not too much" philosophy into your daily life by helping you find a balance between work, play, and relaxation.

This Chrome extension has three primary modes:

• Focus: This feature allows the User to (blacklist) block certain websites on the Chrome browser for a User-chosen period of time.
• Break: After each Focus period, the User will enter a Break period where any websites can be accessed for a User-chosen period.
• Unplug: This feature will prohibit the User from accessing any websites on Chrome for a certain period of time. All current tabs and new tabs will be redirected to our website, and after the Unplug period is over, the tabs will return to the pages open before the Unplug period began.

Role: Implemented UI/UX, programmed background and content scripts.
